Vehicles with missiles show a counter with how many missiles are left if their capacity is limited.
Staying stationary or going in the wrong direction in Open Wheel Races makes you non-contact.

Unconfirmed: The Casino Heist Gold Glitch seems to have been patched.
During Open Wheel races you are now able to change your tire compound (soft/medium/hard) when stationary in the pits by pressing right on the D-Pad or right-arrow key on PC. (Credits Final-Atonement)

When will the DLC drop? Soon. Rockstar usually pushes updates around 3:30AM EST or 9:30AM UTC. Check this helpful map showing all the timezones. Does the DLC cost money, how can I get the DLC? The DLC will be made automatically available through whatever launchestore you have the game on. Those using the Rockstar Launcher can expect to see their games updated first, so be ready for that. What can we expect? Judging by Rockstar's announcements and timelines, this DLC won't be massive. They've confirmed new business battles and yacht missions, probably comparable to the previous client jobs we've gotten with the Terrorbyte. Additionally they've teased some cars, of which we've gotten images of a new supercar, a musclecar and an F-1 car. Some new race modes have been mentioned as well. It's safe to assume that the content will be dripfed in stages, especially the more interesting items might be left for later. Have the Acura NSX and new Toyota Supra been added? Some images of the Toyota Supra and Acura NSX being converted at Benny's have been floating around - these are fake and have been put into circulation by a clickbaity asshole who shall not be named. Are weekly updates on Tuesdays starting now? Probably not. Rockstar always goes a little off their usual schedule with DLC drops and this is probably the same thing. It's hard to say if the sales will already change this Thursday, but I'd recommend y'all reek the benefits of the sales before you regret it. There is a wheel you can spin once per day in order to earn prizes like RP, GTA$, discounts, clothing, and even high-end vehicles.
There is a horse-racing and betting component, although it is unclear if it is only simulated and interacted with via the "Inside Track" room of the casino, or if the horse racing actually takes place in the game world, instanced or not.
The casino has a penthouse/residential component to it. Owners of the Master Penthouse can upgrade their residence with a private spa, a bar and party area, and a media room. Residents will also be able to spend chips on art and collectibles at the Casino Store which can be used to decorate the penthouse.
As a penthouse resident, you will get access to the business aspect of the casino, requiring you to work with Cheng to prevent a rich Texan family from taking over the casino. In addition to this storyline, you can do side jobs for the casino to earn GTA$ and chips.
The casino has a store that accepts chips as payment. You can use the chips to buy collectibles and decorations for your penthouse as well as clothing and accessories.

Introduction As the diamond casino slowly fails in business due to its premium insurance rates the people of San Andreas slowly looks for a better form of entertainment all eyes slowly drift to a new development out in grapeseed, a new company recently purchased a huge section of land and has been excavating and laying large strips of asphalt and cement. Location The development started taking place near the old grapeseed airport, beside the airport there are two fields that an old farmer used to own after an accident the fields were then bought to be excavated for a new building and strip Development stage Over a few weeks, grapeseed will go under a series of dramatic changes. First, there is an increase in construction equipment scattered around the fields ranging from excavators and bulldozers as the days go past slowly a track will start to form stretching across the two fields, slowly the stands, concrete barriers are transported inline the track, meanwhile slowly the construction of the garages and main building start. Ownable property After the completion of the drag strip, it started getting flood from spectators in search of a new form of entertainment. Tier 5 upgrades - tier 5 upgrades were developed shortly after the drag strip became popular due to high demand for better performance - parts included in new tier 5 are engine, transmission, and breaks Turbo MK.2 - probably designed by a speed junkie in his garage the turbo Mk.2 has recently hit the market helping vehicles with a dramatic acceleration boost New tires - with the demand for new traction new slicks available for all drag edition cars these slicks help increase traction and acceleration Parachute - on the first few opening days of the strip there was an increase in vehicles struggling to stop before the end of the strip so for drag editions car an optional parachute can be purchased triggered by the horn, the parachute will slow you down dramatically on both the land ( it may also slow your descent back to earth ) Nitrous oxide Mk.2 - After arena war slowly got less popular due to lack of contestants they sold their formula for nos over time it was improved to be more powerful it is now often used at the strips or for street racers Restorables/ collectables Scattered across the map are multiple car carcasses that hold their own stories within their deaths but like everything else they are waiting for their rebirth to get there revenge Across the map is a few carcasses of racing legends abandoned or destroyed from time, the owner of the strip explains that these vehicles and original parts are somewhere in San Andreas mostly parted out he gives you a list of vehicles and wishing you luck that you may one day bring them back to the glory Vehicle list - Phantom drag w wing - dodge ram dually

Many weird things have been happening over on GTA 5 Online. We may all just be paranoid but Rockstar may have finally given us some real hints like when the Diamond Casino DLC was released. -Red Dead Online has received its weekly update. This will last 2 weeks giving people time to enjoy the new DLC which would probably receive a news wire on Tuesday -The podium vehicle this week is the Komoda which was already a podium vehicle on the opening day of the Diamond Casino Heist DLC. Another strange thing about the podium vehicle is its colors. If the DLC will be a Cops and Crooks DLC then, the primary color of the car is blue, secondary is red and it has white stripes. That is obviously the color of police sirens. -For some odd reason, the Sovereign and the Liberator are on sale. These two vehicles are only released during the Independence Day update for a limited time. They are also the colors of police sirens. Coincidence I think not. -One of this week's triple money and RP bonus include doing the Vespucci Job which basically sounds like a hint towards a new DLC since Cops and Crooks has been floating around. -There have also been many changes done in the steam database files. -Before you make any judgment, this is all just pure speculation so do not take this to heart. Introduction As the diamond casino slowly fails in business due to its premium insurance rates the people of San Andreas slowly looks for a better form of entertainment all eyes slowly drift to a new development out in grapeseed, a new company recently purchased a huge section of land and has been excavating and laying large strips of asphalt and cement. Location The development started taking place near the old grapeseed airport, beside the airport there are two fields that an old farmer used to own after an accident the fields were then bought to be excavated for a new building and strip Development stage Over a few weeks, grapeseed will go under a series of dramatic changes. First, there is an increase in construction equipment scattered around the fields ranging from excavators and bulldozers as the days go past slowly a track will start to form stretching across the two fields, slowly the stands, concrete barriers are transported inline the track, meanwhile slowly the construction of the garages and main building start. Ownable property After the completion of the drag strip, it started getting flood from spectators in search of a new form of entertainment. The Drag strip then put a workshop up for sale in Hope's of getting new drivers to help entertain their new crowd The walk around After purchasing your new Drag workshop you will be given a walk around of the premises showing off everything the drag strip has to offer to range from your own personal garage as well as the main conjoining building where display vehicles are show and tickets are sold along with the sign-up booth ( more on later ) The workshop The workshop comes with multiple default options ranging from the initial workshop to a small garage space but for money additional, you will be able to get the following modifications Style - the style upgrades will affect the walling and flooring helping to create a more immersive workshop depending on what time period you would like your workshop Dyno - the Dyno is a purchasable upgrade that when used will tell you your vehicles top speed, 0 to 60, as well 0-100 Extra garbage space - for some extra cash the strip is offering an exclusive garage space that can hold up to 12 cars [IMG=XHU] Living quarters - the small personalized quarters that you can get with different variants within the quarters there is also a trophy wall and laptop to browse your track stats and other dragster builds Ticket/main building The ticket/main building is connected to the Drag workshop this building contains a ticket booth for setting up races ( more on later) within this main building there is a VIP booth similar to the one found within the arena, there is also a display podium that has a fully modified drag car with racing slicks and a blower sitting in the center of the room. Racing The public racing is divided into classes based on the car you plan on racing the classes go as so small wheel, big wheel, nitrous oxide, dragster, funny car, and special that will include any vehicle with a rocket as well as collectible vehicles ( more on later) Classes Classes are unlocked as you processed to race in drag races earning more XP towards the next class of races unlocking new parts for cheaper prices as well as unlocking the next tier of race Prizes Prizes depend upon the classes and the amount of money in play for bets special drag races earn the most going down the list to small wheel earning the least Betting system/ pinks There are two sections of the betting/ prize system cash and pinks, the cash system is the simplest system with a betting limit of 100 grand cash limit for betting all bets must be matched by the other competitors, the second section to the betting system is betting pink slips whereupon agreement of both parties you both put a car on the line, it does not have to be the vehicle you are racing. Móng Cái, October 24th, 2037 It had been almost a year since the majority of the construction had stopped in Móng Cái. From December 2036, until October 2037, the city underwent rigorous inspection and modifications to prepare for everyday use. As of October 20th, all the inspections had been completed and the city was ready for use. President Trong, came herself to announce the opening, and completion of such a large scale project. The Móng Cái Smart City Project will become her proudest and largest accomplishment during her presidency, one that will be seen and felt across Vietnam for generations. A true way to lift Vietnam. The project, in total had costed the country $150 billion, the most expensive, and involving project undertaken in Asia. Vietnam knew if it was truly help its economy, and open up a large trade hub to feed itself, it should spare no expense in making the best it could. While Asia is home to Singapore, Hong Kong, Macau, and Hainan, Móng Cái has been added to the list, as one of the most luxurious, profitable, industrious, and technologically advanced places in Asia. The project even made Móng Cái an education hub, with many of the world's most prestigious educational institutions bringing their campuses, prestigious faculty, and ideas, right the Vietnamese and Chinese border. This would not only help Vietnamese students get a prestigious and effective education, it would help ministers in the Central Committee understand how the outside world, and Vietnam function both similarly and differently. However, Vietnam was not alone to benefit. The People's Republic of China, who footed half the bill and planned most of the construction and organization, saw the bountiful opportunities in Móng Cái. If it was to be the largest project devised in Asia, China new it needed to take a part in it. With Móng Cái, China met so many goals. For one, increasing relations with its southern neighbor, two Móng Cái would be the gem trade hub for SEA, right on the South China Sea. China knew it could profit in many ways from having access to this valuable trade connection, while also giving them more sway over the SCS. In addition, it made the OBOR Project to SEA significantly easier, with such a large investment in infrastructure and technology, it was simply an opportunity that could not be passed up. Finally, it was at last that the Shanghai Cooperation Organization had a home. While it was not in Shanghai, a large Headquarters for the organization was constructed to give closure, and home to the expanding group. While the SCO influence expands across the globe, in ways many had not expected, it only seemed reasonable that they had something tangible to hold on to. For many of those nations, and ministers, that tangible desire was fulfilled through the completion of Móng Cái. This opportunity gave members of the SCO access to bountiful amounts of trade, and resources that were not so easily made accessible before. While the project left many long-lasting benefits for all parties involved, it was not without its faults. Millions of dollars along the way were lost in the process of allocation, and corruption was rampant among the ministers and some of the participating companies. Many of the ministers had ended up being arrested, and defamed for taking part in illegal actions. While many of the investigations and police raids had been successful, the Central Committee remains curious as to how many had gotten away, and if any of those were their own colleagues. They have also become increasingly concerned about the possibility of crime and corruption related activities to take place in the city, to to its emphasis on tourism, trade, and education. All are very big areas that would induce crime, especially the casino tourism. The PRoV will be reaching out to the PRC to notify them of these concerns. With these benefits and drawbacks aside, the city would still need to open for widespread use. Freighters from across the pacific and other regions in Asia had already begun to line up, and are awaiting attention by the port, as it has become Vietnam's port of preference. Hundreds of thousands of citizens had been clogging up the highways into the city for the past few days waiting for the official signal to move into their already purchased residences. It had all boiled down to this moment, for Móng Cái. While many workers already resided in the city, the city's first official day would be October 24th, and the government services such as the firefighters, police, and healthcare providers, had been planning for this day for months, but the time was now. President Trong stood at the podium on a raised platform just off to the side of where the road was blocked off by the Móng Cái Police. The red ribbon, behind the police blockade - still intact, a slab of the sidewalk - still wet, awaiting it's ceremonial service, and the police were just waiting for her. It seemed there was only one thing left to do:
"Here we are, October 24th, 2037. After almost seven years, the Móng Cái project has been completed. This project has combined the best efforts of Vietnam and China, and the effects will be felt on both nations for years and years to come. When we first arrived at the city, there were almost 200,000 people, it was extremely neglected, but we saw potential in the people here. We saw hope in their eyes, and a dream in their heart. Now almost two million Vietnamese alone await the moment were they can be welcomed into their new home, and a renovated home for others. The Chinese, have lifted their side of the border out of the ashes as well, and never could we have imagined that at the border, would there be such a strong marriage of culture, and cooperation. Over these past six years, our relationship with the Chinese and the participating nations has deepened to a level not previously thought imaginable. While there were challenges, while there were issues, together we prevailed. Technology was brought into the city, in droves, at levels never before seen in Vietnam. It was evident, even after only a few months of construction, that this project was going to combine the best efforts of all the nations, into a masterpiece that we now share with our Chinese brothers, and the world. We have brought Móng Cái to the world stage, the pride of Vietnam, the pride of the South China Sea, the Diamond of the Orient. Ladies, and Gentleman, Countrymen, without further delay, I hereby open the city of Móng Cái open for business!"
After descending the raised platform, the lead orchestrators of the project- the company CEOs all held the red ribbon out. As President Trong cut the red ribbon, opening the city for business, they all moved out of the way as the police officers turned their lights on and dismissed the traffic break, disappearing down the highway into the city, followed by the large rush of cars. The city was finally open. President Trong, along with the CEOs moved over to the large cement slab, and each put their hands in the cement, and then their shoe print, finishing by signing their name in the wet cement. After almost seven years, the project was done, but the Diamond of the Orient had just gotten started.
