From National League to National Team: What happens when the England squad is entirely made up of non-league players? - Part 4 (Euro 2020 special).

It's coming home, it's coming home, it's coming, football's coming home.
Welcome to part 4, and you know what's happening by now. I'm embarking on my first major tournament managing the non-league England team. Euro 2020. Football's coming home, in a very literal sense, because England will be playing a major tournament match at Wembley for the first time since Euro 96. This will be the longest episode so far, as I'm going to be covering a lot: all four warm-up friendlies, the draw for the group stage (and possibly other rounds if we get that far) plus all of England's games at Euro 2020.
For our first warm-up friendly, I know just which team to play against. As we can't seem to beat good teams, I'd thought I'd see if we could beat a bad one - the football team of the Caribbean island of Anguilla, a British Overseas Territory who's football team are ranked 209th in the world. I offer to play a friendly against them in March, at Wembley. They accept.
Then we have to wait several in-game months for the game - being an international manager is surprisingly dull at times. Still, I am kept amused by looking up my non-league players, and seeing how they are. Ronaldo wins the Ballon d'Or - I would have nominated Aaron Jarvis - and Neymar is runner up, with Messi third.
Finally, finally, squad selection day arrives. I make two changes, calling up Joel Dixon, previously capped by me, as a goalkeeper, and a new player, Kyle Finn, a winger at Hereford United. I then drop Liam O'Brien - he wasn't great in goal - and Chris Henderson.
Junior round-up: A brace from Phil Foden for the U21s sees off Finland, James Garner scores as England U20s beat Italy 2-0, and Ryan Edmonson nets a hat-trick for the U19s in a 4-0 demolition of Slovakia.
But of course, our game matters the most. Anguilla are ranked 209th in the world, we are 16th in the world. It's fair to say it would be a shock if we didn't beat them. The FA would probably sack me.
Wembley Stadium gives us a rapturous reception. The lineup is: Dixon, Tootle, Johnson, Boateng, Sheckleford, Tinkler, Eastmond, Wakefield, Chislett, Mandeville, Danaher.
We start the match on top: Matt Tootle floats a ball towards Ryheem Sheckleford, who crosses towards George Danaher. Danaher's header is saved but he taps in from the rebound. We're ahead after just eight and a half minutes.
We almost find the net again 20 minutes later, when Chislett shoots agonizingly wide after being set up by a cross from Sheckleford. Luckily, we score a few minutes later: Sheckleford crosses the ball in, but only finds Ethan Chislett on the other flank. The latter crosses in for Liam Mandeville to head home.
By half time, we're 2-0 up and cruising. I make a few changes and send the team back out.
The second half is... very boring, and there's no more goals. I do worry that we've only managed to beat Anguilla 2-0, when other teams could have had five or six goals. I hope we fare better at the Euros.
Junior round-up part 2! The U21s beat Portugal 3-0, with Ryan Sessegnon scoring a brace, Ryan Edmonson nets a second consecutive hat-trick as the U19s see off Northern Ireland 3-0, and the U20s fall to a surprising defeat against the Czech Republic.
Oh, and something exciting is happening! Get comfy, because it's the Euro 2020 group stage draw!
The qualified teams are; Croatia, France, Spain, Czech Republic, Germany, Switzerland, Belgium, Italy, Poland, Serbia, Italy, Russia, Wales, Austria, Holland, Portugal, Bosnia & Herzegovina, Ireland, Sweden, Denmark, Georgia, Romania, England, Iceland, Scotland.
Let the draw begin!
The 24 teams are sorted and assigned to their groups. This is how they look by the end of the draw.
Group A; Bosnia & Herzegovina, Czech Republic, Italy, Serbia.
Group B; Belgium, Denmark, France, Russia.
Group C; Austria, Croatia, Holland, Romania.
Group D: England, Portugal, Scotland, Switzerland.
Group E: Georgia, Ireland, Spain, Wales.
Group F: Germany, Iceland, Poland, Sweden.
Oh, what a group! Not only have we been drawn to play Portugal, the defending champions, we're also playing Scotland, England's biggest rival.
To test ourselves, I arrange warm-up friendlies against Holland, Spain, and Italy. That should tell us whether we're ready for the tournament.
Now we have to wait for the action to begin. I check the Euro fixture list. We'll be playing Switzerland first at Wembley, before going up to Hampden Park to face Scotland. Finally, Portugal will play us at Wembley. That's good. If we can secure good results (i.e. a win) against the Swiss and the Scots, chances are we may already have qualified. But it's by no means certain we will win.
I have until the 13th of May to decide on a preliminary squad. But before that, I have to go to the draw for the Nations League. All the teams in League A (except Ukraine) have also qualified for the Euros,
The groups are as follows:
Group 1; Croatia, France, Iceland, Portugal.
Group 2; Bosnia & Herzegovina, Denmark, England, Spain.
Group 3; Holland, Italy, Switzerland, Ukraine.
Group 4; Belgium, Germany, Poland, Sweden.
Not a bad group, by all accounts. I think Spain will be the toughest test, though.
But now comes the toughest day. I must choose a thirty-man preliminary squad for the Euros, which I shall cut seven players from to make the final squad, Here is the thirty man squad.
Goalkeepers: Jamie Butler, Lucas Covolan, Joel Dixon.
Defenders: Daniel Boateng, Liam Davis, Scott Garner, Ben Goodliffe, Jack Holland, Louis John, Ryan Johnson, Jake Kenyon, Sam Minihan, Ryheem Sheckleford, Chris Smith, Robbie Tinkler, Matt Tootle.
Midfielders: Harry Beautyman, Ethan Chislett, Michael Clunan, Connor Dimaio, Craig Eastmond, Kyle Finn, Liam Mandeville, Charlie Wakefield.
Forwards: Levi Amantchi, George Danaher, Aaron Jarvis, Alex Nicholls, Jamie Reid, Jon Stead.
Those are my initial thirty. But soon, I will have to drop seven of them. It's hard, being an international manager. In the end, I cut Louis John, Jon Stead, Connor Dimaio, Sam Minihan, Scott Garner, George Danaher and Kyle Finn. It was a hard decision.
Now I must prepare for the first warm-up friendly, against Holland. 10 players in the starting 11 (Dixon, Kenyon, Goodliffe, Tinkler, Eastmond, Beautyman, Wakefield, Chislett, Mandeville, Jarvis) have previously played for England, only Chris Smith in defence is yet to be capped.
The first half is goaless. The Dutch have a few good chances, including one deep into first half stoppage time, where Steven Bergwjin, one on one with the keeper and with the goal at his mercy, shoots wide.
The first chance of the second half goes to us, to my surprise. A kick by Dutch goalie Jasper Cillessen has a kick intercepted by Ethan Chislett. Chislett bears down on goal, but pokes the ball tamely into Cillessen's arms. It's a start.
Somehow, SOMEHOW, we cling on. Holland have about five shots blocked during a goalmouth scramble, Dixon tips over a Van Dijk header, and we look set for a draw.
Until, of course, Van Dijk flicks on the ball from a corner for Luuk de Jong to smash home with a few minutes remaining. To add insult to injury, Marten de Roon nods home from a Memphis Depay free-kick deep into injury time. 2-0. I'm gutted. We were playing so well! Probably the best I've seen us play against a top level team.
Still, we must move on! We meet Spain in our next friendly.
I'm expecting an early barrage of Spanish goals. Which is why I am pleasantly surprised when Joel Dixon boots the ball upfield towards Liam Mandeville, who slips the ball through for Aaron Jarvis to lash home from six yards out after 13 minutes. I tell the team to park the bus.
Of course, Isco volleys in from a Jose Gaya cross three minutes later. This England team is very inconsistent.
Spain are dominant for the rest of the half, although Jarvis has a shot saved after robbing Azpilicueta of the ball outside the Spanish 18-yard box. There are some promising signs here, but we need to translate that into more goals.
Just as I think we may actually nick a draw, the Spanish counter-attack in the 82nd minute and feed the ball to Vitolo. He strides into the box, but Ben Goodliffe slides in and heroically takes the ball away from him. At least that's how I see it. The referee apparently thinks differently. He gives a penalty. What's even more laughable about this is the fact that it's Ben Goodliffe that's been injured during the challenge and not Vitolo.
Diego Costa converts the penalty and we have seven minutes to find an equaliser.
I have run out of subs, so we are effectively playing with ten healthy men and one injured Goodliffe.
Gaya and Isco combine again and the latter has a second goal that was practically identical to the first.
The final whistle blows. I feel we have been robbed.
On to our final warm up. Italy awaits!
It takes them twenty-five minutes to score, Insigne crossing for Politano to tap home. The latter scores again from a free kick just before half time.
Then, in the 63rd minute, we grab one back. Mandeville floats in a free kick and sub defender Daniel Boateng heads home. Ok then, game on!
Matt Tootle concedes a penalty ten minutes later. Ah well. It looked like he got the ball to me, what do they pay refs these days?
Jorginho tucks it away. 3-1.
Insigne volleys a fourth in with a couple of minutes to go, we are being battered.
All three warm-ups lost. Do I care? Not really, we showed character in all three games. Now it's on to the stuff that really matters. The Euro finals. It's coming home!
Junior round-up: U21s 2-0 Norway (goals from Reece James and Mason Mount), U19s 3-0 Ireland (Buchanan, Stansfield 2).
We start our Euro journey against the Swiss at Wembley. This is big: for England, for my job, for our Euros hopes.
Starting XI: Dixon, Kenyon, Goodliffe, Smith, Tinkler, Eastmond, Beautyman, Wakefield, Mandeville, Amantchi, Jarvis.
Let's get cracking.
I'm expecting us to score late on. Instead, we exceed all expectations and do it after eight minutes. Lichsteiner, dawdling, is robbed in midfield by Aaron Jarvis, who speeds into the box and clips the ball past the goalie. We lead!
Can we hold on? No. The Swiss break forward less than two minutes later, and Shaqiri finishes off a clincal move with a good header from a Mehmedi cross. Can we please, PLEASE, hold on to a lead for more than five minutes next time?
We battle for the rest of the half, and go in at 1-1 after 45 minutes. I'm pretty pleased with what we've done so far, but I demand more from the team. WE NEED A GOAL!
We hold out until the 82nd minute. Then a ball from Freuler beats all our defenders and is volleyed in by Zuber. I put my head in my hands. WHY?!!!
We lose 2-1. Great start. I discover, to my surprise, that I've set a new record. Unfortunately, it's a record for consecutive losses (4).
Next, we travel to Hampden to face Scotland. This is a must-win. No ifs or buts. We are the on the verge of going out of the Euros, and I am on the verge of the sack.
We need something big. We get it. An immediate break results in Jarvis playing through Amantchi, who sticks it home after 28 seconds. I am on my feet cheering. THAT'S what we need!
The first half is tense. Scotland hit the bar, then Dixon pulls off a fabulous save. But we are clicking, just at the right time. At least, we are until the 41st minute, when John Soutarr nods in from a Ryan Fraser free kick. I remain calm. We can still do this.
In the second half, Scotland have several opportunities to take the lead. In fact, they score a carbon copy of the first goal four minutes from time, but VAR disallows it for offside. Then, in the 90th minute, it happens. Scotland get forward, and Scott McTominay volleys in a cross from Scottish irritant Ryan Fraser. It's over. My job, the Euros, this playthrough.
Or is it? Despite everything, I haven't been sacked, and we could still qualify for the knockouts, as a best third placed team. This is it then. The last hurrah. We must beat Portugal. Unlikely? You bet. But I'll still try.
Within four minutes, Levi Amantchi has already blazed a header over. Then, after 22 minutes, we get lucky when Benardo Silva is subbed off injured. Joel Dixon - probably our player of the tournament - pulls off an outstanding save to deny a header from Cristiano Ronaldo himself hitting the back of the net, before saving a shot from Rafa.
Half time. 0-0. We've done well. But so far, it's not enough to save my job. We need more.
Dixon is playing out of his skin, and he pull off another stunning save from Rafa after 47 minutes. Then, in the 55th minute, the latter crosses for Joao Felix to head home. My heart sinks. We need a miracle.
We don't get it. Portugal hold firm. We're out of Euro 2020.
Holland and Belgium make it to the Euro final. In a tough contest, Belgium win 2-0 thanks to goals from Hazard and De Bruyne. I, meanwhile, am left to reflect on the fact that I have overseen England's worst ever performance at a major tournament.
Sure enough, the FA sack me. The series is over.
Let me know if I should do this on FM 21! I'd like to thank all that upvoted or posted a comment for the support.
Alternatively, I could try this on FM 20 with another country. Let me know!

Spain vs Germany

Spain had a very good start to the campaign, and after three rounds, the hosts were two points ahead of their upcoming rivals. However, they snatched just a point from the past two games and slipped to the 2nd spot. Spain suffered a surprising 1:0 defeat against Ukraine in October, while they managed to pick up just a draw away to Switzerland. Sergio Ramos missed two penalty kicks in that game, and eventually, that cost them the victory. Luis Enrique’s side cannot be content with its form lately, as Spain celebrated just once in the last five matches. They have trouble converting chances into goals, as the hosts didn’t score more than once six out of the previous seven occasions.
On the other hand, their defense hasn’t managed to keep the clean sheet three times in a row. Spain booked their last victory over Germany in 2010, and they need to step up this time if they want the place in the playoffs. Ansu Fati, Thiago Alcantara, and Daniel Carvajal will be sidelined for this game.
Germany has been undefeated 12 games in a row, but we cannot say they have been confident in that period. The visitors were involved in five draws during this streak, and thanks to the poor form of their rivals, they are one point ahead of Spain. Joachim Low’s side won twice in a row, but they needed to search for a comeback after being 1:0 down against Ukraine on Saturday. Timo Werner’s brace helped them keep the top spot and hold the strings of destiny in their hands. The away side has trouble keeping the heir net intact, as they managed to keep the clean sheet just once on the last eight occasions. Kai Havertz won’t be able to help his teammates on Tuesday due to an injury.

Full-Time Winner Odds & Prediction

Head to head clashes between these two teams in the past 12 years have been very tight. The last two ended in a draw, and it is going to be another close battle. Neither of these two sides is considered a favorite in this clash, and we won’t be surprised if it ends in another tie.

Goals Market Prediction

Although their recent encounters haven’t been so efficient, we believe the nets won’t remain still. Germany has incredible attacking potential, while its defense needs to do better. Spain can exploit that and score at least once.

Germany vs Switzerland

After three draws in a row, the home side booked a victory away to Ukraine and remained two points behind Spain on the half of the road. That was the first win for the Joachim Low’s team in this competition, and they want to book their place in the final tournament. Although Germany has been pretty efficient lately, the hosts cannot be satisfied with their defensive work. Manuel Neuer didn’t manage to keep the clean sheet in the last five occasions, which is something to worry about. The home side enjoys a good streak of nine matches without a defeat, but they drew four times during that run. Germany is searching for crucial points at their pitch, which can keep them in the battle for the top spot in the group.
On the other hand, Switzerland is struggling to remain in the top division of the UEFA Nations League. They have picked up just a point from the previous three rounds, and that one came against their upcoming rivals. That match was the only one where the visitors remained undefeated in the last four occasions. Although Vladimir Petkovic’s side scored in the past five games, they also failed to keep their net intact. Switzerland is two points behind Ukraine, and they need to improve their displays as soon as possible. This clash is going to be their last away match in the campaign, and an excellent chance to prepare for the decisive games in November at their pitch.

Full-Time Winner Odds & Prediction

Although Germany hasn’t been too convincing lately, the hosts are firm favorites in this clash. We believe they are going to pick up all three points and continue chasing the top spot.

Goals Market Prediction

Both sides have been involved in high scoring matches lately, and this one shouldn’t be much different. Their defenses are not tight enough, while both teams scored in the last five games. The one should go over 2.5 margin.
Germany to win @ 1.50
Over 2.5 FT @ 1.60
Correct score 2:1 @ 8.00

Betting on under 2.5 goals in the Russian Premier League

I don't know if anyone has noticed this. Interesting fact, the past two rounds in the Russian premier league(16 matches) played under 2.5 goals
Some of you have been asking me how I select my the picks I post in the daily picks thread.
To be honest, betting on soccer is now much easier for me since I started on this startegy I'm using.
So I have some betting tips for you guys. I will outline the tips related to my strategy.
Let's go...
Specialise in one market. This way you can easily correct mistakes in your strategy to make it better. Personally I'm focused on Under 2.5 goals
Know the leagues that favour your market. Leagues that normally play under(Russia, Italy serie C, Portugal segunda, Spain segunda leagues, Ukraine premier league, Argentina leagues and Brazil). Every day I want to analyse I go directly to these leagues. I only look else where when no games are playing from these leagues or if I'm unable to find games that suit my strategy.
I never pick a match that doesn't tick all the boxes in my strategy. We all have picked those matches that are close because only one team is missing to make 10 fold only to be fucked by that team.
Playing only singles and doubles will keep you in the game.
Whenever you pick so many teams from one league. I always combine them and don't mix them with others. Superstitious I know but it works for me.
Lastly, learn from the past mistakes and improve your strategy.

House of Rothschild: Then & Now (Part 3)
by Jayge 8^J
"Baron Abraham Edmond Benjamin James de Rothschild (19 August 1845 – 2 November 1934) was a French member of the Rothschild banking family. A strong supporter of Zionism, his large donations lent significant support to the movement during its early years, which helped lead to the establishment of the State of Israel...in 1882 Edmond cut back on his purchases of art and began to buy land in Southern Syria (Ottoman Palestine). He became a leading proponent of the Zionist movement, financing the first site at Rishon LeZion. In his goal for the establishment of a Jewish homeland, he promoted industrialization and economic development. In 1924, he established the Palestine Jewish Colonization Association (PICA), which acquired more than 125,000 acres (50,586 ha) of land and set up business ventures. Edmond de Rothschild also played a pivotal role in Israel's wine industry. Under the supervision of his administrators in Ottoman Palestine, farm colonies and vineyards were established, and two major wineries were opened in Rishon LeZion and Zikhron Ya'akov. It is estimated that Rothschild spent over $50 million in supporting the settlements and backed research in electricity by engineers and financed development of an electric generating station. Jews and Arabs lived amicably on Rothschild's land, with no Arab grievances, even in the worst periods of disturbance.[citation needed] According to historian Albert M. Hyamson, "Rothschild recognised that the overriding interest of the Jews of Palestine was the confidence and the friendship of their Arab neighbours. The interests of the Arab cultivators of the land he bought were never overlooked, but by development he made this land capable of maintaining a population ten times its former size." While Edmond de Rothschild was not always supportive of an inclusive government - he suggested in 1931 to Judah Magnes that "We must hold them (the Arabs) down with a strong hand" - he acknowledged the importance of co-governance and peaceful coexistence in a 1934 letter to the League of Nations, stating that "the struggle to put an end to the Wandering Jew, could not have as its result, the creation of the Wandering Arab.""
"Nathaniel Charles Jacob Rothschild, 4th Baron Rothschild, OM, GBE, FRCA, Hon FKC, Hon FBA (born 29 April 1936) is a British investment banker and a member of the prominent Rothschild banking family. He is also honorary president of the Institute for Jewish Policy Research...From 1963 Rothschild worked at the family bank N M Rothschild & Sons in London, before resigning in 1980 due to a family dispute. The chairmanship of the bank had passed from his father, who had chosen to follow a scientific career and had lost control of the majority voting shares, to his cousin Sir Evelyn Robert de Rothschild, and Jacob felt that his aspirations would be thwarted. He sold his minority stake in the bank, but took independent control of Rothschild Investment Trust (now RIT Capital Partners plc), an investment trust listed on the London Stock Exchange. After resigning from the bank in 1980, Jacob Rothschild went on to found J. Rothschild Assurance Group (now St. James's Place plc) with Sir Mark Weinberg in 1991. In 1989, he joined forces with Sir James Goldsmith and Kerry Packer, in an unsuccessful bid for British American Tobacco. Rothschild is Chairman of RIT Capital Partners plc, one of the largest investment trusts quoted on the London Stock Exchange with a net asset value of about £2 billion. He is Chairman of J Rothschild Capital Management, a subsidiary of RIT Capital Partners plc. He is also a Member of the Council for the Duchy of Cornwall for HRH The Prince of Wales and a member of the International Advisory Board of The Blackstone Group. He also retains many other venture capital and property interests. From November 2003 until his retirement in 2008, he was Deputy Chairman of BSkyB Television and until 2008 he was a Director of RHJ International. In 2003 Rothschild came under scrutiny when Russian oil industrialist Mikhail Khodorkovsky's shares in YUKOS passed to him under a deal they concluded prior to Khodorkovsky's arrest. In November 2010, an undisclosed entity affiliated with Rothschild purchased a 5.0% equity interest in Genie Energy, a subsidiary of IDT Corporation, for $10.0 million. In 2013, Genie Energy was granted exclusive oil and gas exploration rights to a 153-square mile radius in the southern part of the Golan Heights. From his headquarters in St James's Place in London, Jacob Rothschild has cultivated an influential set of clients, business associates and friends who have extended his interests far beyond the normal scope of a banker. He maintains strong personal and business links with Henry Kissinger. His country estate has been a regular venue for visiting heads of state including Presidents Ronald Reagan and Bill Clinton. Margaret Thatcher received French President François Mitterrand there at a summit in 1990. He hosted the European Economic Round Table conference in 2002, attended by such figures as James Wolfensohn, former president of the World Bank, Nicky Oppenheimer, Warren Buffett and Arnold Schwarzenegger." -- Wikipedia
"US Presidents Murdered By The Rothschild Banking Cartel Lincoln's Private War: The Trail of Blood 7-12-9 Lincoln's Birthday gives us an appropriate opportunity to examine some deep American traditions which may also give us some unusual insights into the "principalities and powers" of Ephesians Chapter 6. Abraham Lincoln worked valiantly to prevent the Rothschild's attempts to involve themselves in financing the Civil War. Interestingly, it was the Czar of Russia who provided the needed assistance against the British and French, who were among the driving forces behind the secession of the South and her subsequent financing. Russia intervened by providing naval forces for the Union blockade of the South in European waters, and by letting both countries know that if they attempted to join the Confederacy with military forces, they would also have to go to war with Russia. The Rothschild interests did succeed, through their agent Treasury Secretary Salmon P. Chase, to force a bill (the National Banking Act) through Congress creating a federally chartered central bank that had the power to issue U.S. Bank Notes. Afterward, Lincoln warned the American people: "The money power preys upon the nation in time of peace and conspires against it in times of adversity. It is more despotic than monarchy, more insolent than autocracy, more selfish than bureaucracy. I see in the near future a crisis approaching that unnerves me, and causes me to tremble for the safety of our country. Corporations have been enthroned, an era of corruption will follow, and the money power of the country will endeavor to prolong its reign by working upon the prejudices of the people, until the wealth is aggregated in a few hands, and the republic is destroyed. "<http://www.servelec.net/lincoln.htm#4>4 Lincoln continued to fight against the central bank, and some now believe that it was his anticipated success in influencing Congress to limit the life of the Bank of the United States to just the war years that was the motivating factor behind his assassination. The Lone Assassin Myth is Born Modern researchers have uncovered evidence of a massive conspiracy that links the following parties to the Bank of Rothschild:<http://www.servelec.net/lincoln.htm#5>5 Lincoln's Secretary of War Edwin Stanton, John Wilkes Booth, his eight co-conspirators, and over seventy government officials and businessmen involved in the conspiracy. When Booth's diary was recovered by Stanton's troops, it was delivered to Stanton. When it was later produced during the investigation, eighteen pages had been ripped out. These pages, containing the aforementioned names, were later found in the attic of one of Stanton's descendants. >From Booth's trunk, a coded message was found that linked him directly to Judah P. Benjamin, the Civil War campaign manager in the South for the House of Rothschild. When the war ended, the key to the code was found in Benjamin's possession. The assassin, portrayed as a crazed lone gunman with a few radical friends, escaped by way of the only bridge in Washington not guarded by Stanton's troops. "Booth" was located hiding in a barn near Port Royal, Virginia, three days after escaping from Washington. He was shot by a soldier named Boston Corbett, who fired without orders. Whether or not the man killed was Booth is still a matter of contention, but the fact remains that whoever it was, he had no chance to identify himself. It was Secretary of War Edwin Stanton who made the final identification. Some now believe that a dupe was used and that the real John Wilkes Booth escaped with Stanton's assistance. Mary Todd Lincoln, upon hearing of her husband's death, began screaming, "Oh, that dreadful house!" Earlier historians felt that this spontaneous utterance referred to the White House. Some now believe it may have been directed to Thomas W. House, a gun runner, financier, and agent of the Rothschild's during the Civil War, who was linked to the anti-Lincoln, pro-banker interests.<http://www.servelec.net/lincoln.htm#6>6 The Federal Reserve Another myth that all Americans live with is the charade known as the "Federal Reserve." It comes as a shock to many to discover that it is not an agency of the United States Government. The name "Federal Reserve Bank" was designed to deceive, and it still does. It is not federal, nor is it owned by the government. It is privately owned.<http://www.servelec.net/lincoln.htm#7>7 It pays its own postage like any other corporation. Its employees are not in civil service. Its physical property is held under private deeds, and is subject to local taxation. Government property, as you know, is not. It is an engine that has created private wealth that is unimaginable, even to the most financially sophisticated. It has enabled an imperial elite to manipulate our economy for its own agenda and enlisted the government itself as its enforcer. It controls the times, dictates business, affects our homes and practically everything in which we are interested. It takes powerful force to maintain an empire, and this one is no different. The concerns of the leadership of the "Federal Reserve" and its secretive international benefactors appear to go well beyond currency and interest rates. Andrew Jackson Andrew Jackson was the first President from west of the Appalachians. He was unique for the times in being elected by the voters, without the direct support of a recognized political organization. He vetoed the renewal of the charter for the Bank of the United States on July 10, 1832. In 1835, President Andrew Jackson declared his disdain for the international bankers: "You are a den of vipers. I intend to rout you out, and by the Eternal God I will rout you out. If the people only understood the rank injustice of our money and banking system, there would be a revolution before morning."<http://www.servelec.net/lincoln.htm#8>8 There followed an (unsuccessful) assassination attempt on President Jackson's life. Jackson had told his vice president, Martin Van Buren, "The bank, Mr. Van Buren, is trying to kill me...."<http://www.servelec.net/lincoln.htm#9>9 Was this the beginning of a pattern of intrigue that would plague the White House itself over the coming decades? Was his (and Lincoln's) death related by an invisible thread to the international bankers? James Garfield President James Abram Garfield, our 20th President, had previously been Chairman of the House Committee on Appropriations and was an expert on fiscal matters. (Upon his election, among other things, he appointed an unpopular collector of customs at New York, whereupon the two Senators from New York--Roscoe Conkling and Thomas Platt--resigned their seats.) President Garfield openly declared that whoever controls the supply of currency would control the business and activities of all the people. After only four months in office, President Garfield was shot at a railroad station on July 2, 1881. Another coincidence. John F. Kennedy President John F. Kennedy planned to exterminate the Federal Reserve System. In 1963 he signed Executive Orders EO-11 and EO-110, returning to the government the responsibility to print money, taking that privilege away from the Federal Reserve System.<http://www.servelec.net/lincoln.htm#10>10 Shortly thereafter, President John F. Kennedy was assassinated.<http://www.servelec.net/lincoln.htm#11>11 The professional, triangulated fire that executed the President of the United States is not the most shocking issue. The high- level coordination that organized the widespread coverup is manifest evidence of the incredible power of a "hidden government" behind the scenes. (Sound preposterous? Read Kill Zone, by Craig Roberts for an update on the events in Dealey Plaza.) The Trail of Blood Continues In the 70's and 80's, Congressman Larry P. McDonald spearheaded efforts to expose the hidden holdings and intentions of the international money interests. His efforts ended on August 31, 1983, when he was killed when Korean Airlines 007 was "accidentally" shot down in Soviet airspace. A strange coincidence, it would seem. Senator John Heinz and former Senator John Tower had served on powerful Senate banking and finance committees and were outspoken critics of the Federal Reserve and the Eastern Establishment. On April 4, 1991, Senator John Heinz was killed in a plane crash near Philadelphia.<http://www.servelec.net/lincoln.htm#12>12 On the next day, April 5, 1991, former Senator John Tower was also killed in a plane crash. The coincidences seem to mount.<http://www.servelec.net/lincoln.htm#13>13 Attempts to just audit the Federal Reserve continue to meet with failure. It is virtually impossible to muster support for any issue that has the benefit of a media blackout.<http://www.servelec.net/lincoln.htm#14>14 (The bizarre but tragic reality that the American people suffer from a managed and controlled media is a subject for another discussion.) Beginning of a Series For many years, numerous authors have attempted to sound the alarm that there exists a hidden "shadow government" that actually rules America. Most of us have dismissed these "conspiracy theory" views as extremist and unrealistic. However, when I had the opportunity to have lunch with Otto von Habsburg,<http://www.servelec.net/lincoln.htm#15>15 Member of the European Parliament, he made two remarks that caught my attention. The first was: "The ignorance in America is overwhelming." Indeed, the contrast in general awareness of world affairs between the average American and the average European is striking. It was his second observation that really provoked me: "The concentration of power in America is frightening."<http://www.servelec.net/lincoln.htm#16>16 As a reasonably circumspect senior executive, having spent three decades in international finance and viewing America as a broadly based representative democracy, his remark shocked me. It prompted me to do some more homework. The results of my inquiries are most disturbing. Sources: 1. "VIDEO: Were The Devastating California Wildfires Caused By Directed-Energy Weapons? By cloverchronicle on November 18, 2018 At around 9:45 PM on Sunday October 8th, 2017, the Tubbs Fire began in Northern California. And by the time the sun came up, over 1,000 homes were destroyed. Videos and photographs show how this so-called forest fire seemed to spare the wild and somehow jumped from house to house. CNN reported that the so-called forest fire jumped to the freeway. Hundreds of photographs show cars with melted trails of aluminum alloys from what must have been an unprecedented amount of power. The average forest fire burns at 1,100 degrees Fahrenheit. Aluminum alloys will melt at temperatures between 1,200 and 2,000 degrees. But many of these cars were nowhere near a forest fire. Some cars were flipped over. Credit: David McNew/Getty Images Credit: Eric Risberg/AP Photo The heat must have been intense. Not only was it able to melt aluminum alloy, but consistently every home that caught fire was leveled to white powdery ash in less than 12 hours. By October 31st, the Tubbs Fire had destroyed 5,643 buildings. PG&E (Pacific Gas and Electric) was found responsible for 16 of the fires; over $10 billion in damages. All of this while producing $1 billion a year in profits for the Rothschild Investment Group. PG&E warned the public that the fires would not just continue, but will grow larger every season. They warned their investors that future liability will force PG&E into bankruptcy. In June, utility officials told state lawmakers that they needed protection to survive the coming fire season. On August 31st, California state legislature passed a utility bailout bill to protect PG&E, its shareholders and Rothschild Investment. At sunrise on Thursday, November 8th, the Camp Fire wildfire began in California. It has all the same anomalies as the Tubbs Fire and is already twice as devastating. Many people are asking the same question: Is this an attack? In 2003, Secretary of Defense Donald Rumsfeld and General Richard Myers admit to the development of directed-energy weapons and microwave technology. In 2017, Lockheed Martin shoots drones out of the sky with an invisible laser beam that burns them from the inside out. The technology exists. The evidence is there. But the motive? Perhaps it can be found in the United Nations Agenda 21 where in certain areas of the country are proposed to be off limits to human use. It just so happens that these strange California fires seem to all be within the proposed “no human use” areas. Credit: EPI New regulations of insurance policies are preventing homeowners from rebuilding. Meanwhile, they claim this is the new normal and are now claiming it is a phenomenon of global warming. One thing is for certain: The governor of California has already assured that the people will pay for all of the damages. (Credit: Infowars)" -- cloverchronicle.com
"VIDEO: Woman Predicted Deadly California Wildfires Back In February, Said Pacific Gas And Electric Would Be Responsible By cloverchronicle on November 16, 2018 A video posted earlier this year on YouTube shows a woman from StopTheCrime.net speaking at a Sonoma County Board of Supervisors meeting. Almost immediately, she stated the following: “One of the reasons why I was not here for two and half years… I used to be a regular attendee here… but Pacific Gas and Electric was intercepted with a download of documents professing the fact that they were going to be using directed energy weapons, satellite based, on Sonoma County. That has been up on YouTube with the plan to burn up Northern California.” “We discovered that Pacific Gas and Electric is operated by and large by Rothschild. Rothschild owns Weather Central and also has a large hand in weather modification, globally. And it’s so sad to be here today because I have family members that lost homes and I live in a county that I call home… that is being literally overrun by a power that has not yet been discussed.” “And I’m horrified and sad to be here right now. Very sad. But the plan to burn up Northern California was real. It was your first early warning. And there were emails that were sent to other government officials… (they) knew about this. And I would ask you please to watch the YouTube (video). Listen to it, because the second plan of burning up Northern California hasn’t yet happened. But it will. It will happen.” Watch the video below: Interestingly enough, an anonymous image board user also mentioned PG&E, along with some other details, in a couple of their posts: “The Camp Fire was a pre-planned event! I saw activity in the community of Paradise that gave me the sinking feeling that something was going to occur. I even told my daughter the week previous that something was going to happen. Capstone company needs to be completely investigated. I was told they were contracted by PG&E and working in the area for a couple of weeks previous to the event. I saw strange things during the fire being done by this company. Certain houses surrounded by fire trucks as up the street people burned alive in their cars. On top of that the town of Paradise turned the water off which prevented firemen from doing their jobs. The 3rd day Cal Fire called and demanded the water be turned back on. Many years ago we discovered that approx 75% of the hydrants in our town are blank. They are not connected to any water source at all. I lost everything I own to this fire. Most of the town did. Many people lost their lives trying to escape. I have lived in this town since 84 and have seen some of the worst fire seasons on record. This was not a regular fire. The wind was NOT blowing like they claim except in the vicinity of the fire itself. There are roads with every house burnt to the ground but garbage cans standing perfectly untouched in the street between the burnt houses. In the weeks before many of the retirement and convalescent homes had evacuation drills and made sure that each person had a bag packed with 3 days worth of clothes and meds which stayed packed and ready after the drill. There is so much more to share, but there is no one here trustworthy to talk to.”“My thoughts on why… All of the California communities burned this year are for the most part Republicans. Between Camp fire and the Carr fire there are now 1000s of displaced voters. And the gold… The town of Paradise is literally on a mountain of un-mined gold. People have avoided selling property for generations to pass it down to family and not have the town destroyed. I would bet the last dollar in my pocket that there will be a few contractors come through to purchase as much property as possible at this point. I need help and I am absolutely willing to doxx myself to the f**king world. I drove through fire to save my grandchildren’s lives and I will go to whatever length I have to find the answer to who and why they did this to my community.”" -- cloverchronicles.com
"Meet The Remaining Heirs Of The Legendary Rothschild Dynasty...When the Rothschilds last made headlines, Nat was suing a British newspaper for libel in connection with a trip he took to a Russian sauna with an oligarch and a British lord. A family that has defined several eras of financial history, and has established institutions and residency across Europe needs no introduction. But Nat is far from the only scion of the famous banking family who pops in and out of the headlines. We've pulled together the current exploits of the far-flung, and at this point distantly-related, family members. Nathaniel 'Nat' Rothschild...Current whereabouts and activity: Besides the whole sauna situation, Nat was co-chairman of the hedge fund Atticus Capital from 1996 until it ceased activity in 2009. He now lives in Switzerland a majority of the time and runs JNR Limited, an advisory business focused on emerging markets natural resources transactions. He is co-chair of Bumi Plc, an Indonesian mining company listed on the London Stock Exchange. He was also reported to be friends with Muammar Qaddafi's son Saif. Lineage: The youngest of four children and only son of Jacob Rothschild, 4th Baron Rothschild and Serena Mary Dunn." -- businessinsider.com Ben Walsh Feb. 7, 2012, 9:13 AM
"The richest Rothschild of them all...By Zoe Brennan. Nat Rothschild is at the centre of a political storm after alleging Shadow Tory Chancellor George Osborne solicited a donation from a Russian oligarch. Party boy: Nat Rothschild has shed his wild side to earn a fortune. As the young man spoke, silence descended. Gathered around the table at this high-powered lunch in central London earlier this month were the elite of the British business world. Marcus Agius, chairman of Barclays bank, Sir David Arculus of the O2 telecoms giant, and Ian Davis, the global managing director of McKinsey consulting company, put down their knives and forks to listen. The unassuming man - 20 years younger than the assembled company - delivered a considered and incisive view of global markets with a gravitas that belied his youth. One witness says: "It was incredibly impressive. He waited for his moment, and then came across as calculating and powerful. I think everyone was taken by surprise. "I found it impossible to square what I knew of his previous wild-child existence with the man who sat before us." The man in question was Nat Rothschild - the 35-year-old scion of the wealthy banking dynasty, one-time black sheep of the family, and now a rising star in his own right. Earlier this month, the New York Times highlighted his extraordinary metamorphosis from playboy to hedge fund prince, and tipped him as "a kingmaker in his own right, and an investor who some say may become the richest Rothschild of them all". An extravagant assertion - but not without some plausibility. Rich-list compiler Philip Beresford says: "He has been on my radar for some time. He jets around the world empire-building, keeping in touch with his deals via the latest satellite communications. He has the years on his side and the right connections. "What he needs is one of those historic opportunities like the ones seized by his ancestors. If he gets that golden moment, he could be the richest one of his generation." Nat is in line to become the fifth Baron Rothschild and inherit around £500million from his banker father. But now, thanks to a complicated web of private equity investments in the Ukraine and Eastern Europe, and his partnership in Atticus Capital, a hugely successful £7billion hedge fund, Nat is set to exceed the fortune he will be bequeathed with his own earnings. His wealth has been accrued in his role as the adviser to Oleg Deripaska, one of the richest oligarchs in Russia and the owner of the aluminum giant Rusal, which recently merged with two other companies to create the world's largest aluminum company. And, although discreet in his business deals, privately he lives the life one would associate with a Rothschild. His best friend is Roman Abramovich, the owner of Chelsea Football Club, and he is currently rumoured to be dating the young film actress Natalie Portman. An accomplished skier, his principal residence is in Klosters, Switzerland, and he uses his Gulfstream jet to travel between his other homes in Paris, Moscow, London, New York and Greece. Nat is a generous and gregarious host, who lavishes his guests with vintage champagne and wine from the Rothschild vineyards - but he no longer raises a glass himself: that would be to lapse into the libertine existence he has left behind. For his rise is all the more noteworthy given the fact that it once appeared that Nat Rothschild - sadly like several of the dynasty before him - was self-destructing. In 1996, one of Nat Rothschild's cousins, Amschel, hanged himself at the age of 41. He had just been asked to fill a leading position in the family bank in London. Four years later, another cousin, Raphael de Rothschild, died in Manhattan from a heroin overdose. He was just 23. For some years it appeared that Nat Rothschild, too, would follow in their blighted footsteps. From an early age, he appeared an unlikely dealmaker. A contemporary at Eton remembers him as "a rather scruffy and unpredictable boy with a rebellious streak, who you would never have tipped to make a big success of his life". At one stage during his Eton career, Rothschild was sent to live with a master, in a vain attempt to rein him in. The friend says: "He seemed the classic example of a boy born into huge privilege, weighed down with parental expectations, but who resisted any type of conformism and resented authority." He adds: "To be honest, aside from his name, he's the last person I would have expected to end up running his own hedge fund - but then perhaps that's what's made him so successful. He has a willingness to take risks, to seek out the extreme, to act impetuously." While at Oxford, Rothschild soon became infamous for his excesses. He was a member of the notorious Bullingdon Club, the debauched all-male drinking society with a reputation for drug-taking and wanton vandalism, which counts David Cameron among its former members. Indeed, Rothschild once pushed a portable toilet down a steep hill - with a friend still inside. An Oxford friend remembers: "We were at Wadham together. Nat was rarely out of black tie, he would drink and party through the night, and then sleep through the day in his formal suit, much to the dismay of his history tutors. "He's not blessed in the looks department, he's got carrot-red hair and freckles. But Nat is very charming and has a penchant for fast cars. "At college, he was known as a babe magnet - at parties, the beautiful girls would flock to him like bees to honey. That's what the name Rothschild does for you. Women seem to find it a very powerful aphrodisiac." Favoured girls would be asked back to his father Jacob's lavish country estate, where the young lothario reputedly slashed their car tyres so that he might detain them long enough to seduce them. An escort girl recently claimed that in 1994, Rothschild asked her to supply drugs and strippers to a party at the Rothschild stately home, Waddesdon Manor, Buckinghamshire, which is now run by the National Trust. She said: "They were very precise in what they wanted - three slim black girls in stockings, suspenders and high heels. They also wanted the girls to do extras." When Nat embarked on a romance with Kate Moss's friend, model Annabelle Neilson, his family must have cast a jaded eye over his latest choice, whom he had met on a beach in India. They were even more horrified when, aged just 23, he eloped with her to Las Vegas, and married her. "It was a huge shock to Jacob and his wife, Lady Serena," says a close family friend. "They expected him to date models and sow his wild oats - but marrying Annabelle was incredibly impetuous and obviously against the advice of the family lawyers. They were just appalled. "The girl's party trick was to climb onto the dining table in her tiny dress and stilettos and dance amid the crystal and silver. Rather vulgar, I'm afraid. Nat's parents predicted it would end in tears, and it did." For a while, the couple appeared to live a gilded life, gracing the pages of glossy magazines - partying in Cannes with friends such as supermodel Elle Macpherson, designer Alexander McQueen, and "It" girl Tamara Beckwith, or sunning themselves in the Caribbean. After just three years of partying - and cataclysmic rows - the couple divorced and Neilson reportedly received a generous financial settlement in return for rescinding the dynastic name and signing a confidentiality agreement. At that moment, alone in New York and, according to friends, "a mess", Rothschild took stock of his hitherto aimless society life. Those close to him say that he suddenly found something repellent in his lifestyle. He decided to turn his back on partying and step up to his name. To that end, he joined the merchant bank Lazards in London and then moved to New York. There Nat met Timothy Barakett, a young investor who was trying to raise money for Atticus, his new hedge fund (basically, a private investment fund open only to selected individuals and following a complex investment strategy). He asked Barakett for a job, but was turned down. The men stayed in touch, though, and two years later, Barakett took Rothschild on, giving him the title of director of business development - a position in which he was, of course, able to open doors for his partner. At the time, they were Atticus's only two employees. But not for long. Since its inception, the fund has grown an incredible 30 per cent a year and now has £7billion under its management. Success has brought huge rewards: in 2005, Rothschild was paid just over £40million. According to insiders, he made even more than that last year. "He has had an incredible evolution, and he has done it on his own,"Barakett told the New York Times. "It's not about family connections. He has a knack for identifying talented people and interesting investments." Those close to Rothschild believe he is haunted by the desire to live up to his father Jacob's accomplishments, and is determined to enhance the family name. He has recently joined his father in a business venture, JNR, which invests in Russian companies. There is a plan to float it on the London Stock Exchange next year, with some valuations approaching £2billion, making Nat's share worth £300million. Like many Rothschilds before him, he is an avid collector of contemporary art - one of his favourite pieces being a life-sized canvas of a decapitated bikini-clad woman by the British artist Julian Opie. When on business in America, he lives in a breathtaking, minimalist Manhattan town house, which is about to be featured in Men's Vogue. The property is littered with giant flat-screen TVs and expensive boys' toys, with lacquered sliding panels hiding any mess. Modernistic touch screens control the music, heat and televisions, and an outdoor shower graces the rooftop terrace. Only the wine cellar betrays his old-money heritage, with the family connections to Chateau Mouton and Chateau Lafite-Rothschild. Some 670-odd backlit bottles are cradled inside a series of top- of-the-range glass- doored refrigerators, jeroboams of Pierre-Jouet champagne jostling for space with the finest vintages from Bordeaux. David Chipperfield, his architect, says: "Normally you build a house around somebody, around that person's rituals. But Nat isn't a person who necessarily stays in the house that much. His life is much more eccentric, much more erratic." In fact, he rarely spends more than four days in the same place, flying in his elaborately equipped private jet from Siberia, to Switzerland via Greece, to New York - but always retaining a link to Britain. Indeed, the dramatic centrepiece staircase of his five-storey New York house is fashioned out of English oak, while outside - rather incongruously - is a traditional moss-covered English country house garden. There is only one thing missing, of course: a wife to share in his success. After his disastrous marriage, Nat has shunned any long-term commitment, but he has reportedly had flings with Jonathan Aitken's daughter, Petrina Khashoggi, and Ivanka Trump, and is now seeing 25-year-old Natalie Portman - who is about to star as Anne Boleyn in The Other Boleyn Girl - taking her on a discreet date to Wiltons restaurant in St James's. Just how has it suddenly gone so right? A friend from Rothschild's early days says: "It seemed that he suddenly discovered a way to harness his rebellious streak to his advantage, and he was off like a rocket. "The next thing you know, he's got his own private jet and is a master of the corporate universe. "It's as if he just can't help making money."" -- dailymail.co.uk

My Marquee Matchup Predictions (Friday 23rd)

Sorry I'm reposting this, but due to the Post being delayed to a technical problem with reddit, I felt it didn't really reach many people. Hope this time it can reach you :)
Hey guys! Hope you're well. So last Monday I tried to guess the MM that were possible to come out, and sadly nothing happened that day. I think they were good guesses, and I enjoyed making some investments and helping you guys. It's good to give back to this community, as I have clearly profited from some of your tips and guesses.
So this weekend will be full of international matches, the trick is which ones will happen. Rivalries and bigger matches are the most likely to happen, I selected my favourite 4 and tried to guess how they will be (I love to put myself on EA's shoes and try to make a nice puzzle). I added a few other honorable/probable mentions. Here they go:
1. IRELAND - WALES
I featured this one last week, not realizing the game would take place this Friday. So this one is, in my opinion, the most probable of them all, as EA always takes advantage of the long list of players available from the British Isles.
Ireland Wales is a kind of a Derby, and the game is flooded with their players. To make it harder I think EA will give us a squad rating minimum or a minimum number of gold or silver players. With a full bronze squad it would be simply too easy and this match doesn't have the profile to be the one that is a free pack. They will probably focus more on the player ratings as a requirement than the chem, as most of players of this nationality will be from very similar leagues. 85 or 90 chem is my guess.
I myself invested in 3/4 Gold players of each nation from the BPL. No need for the Ramseys and Colemans, the 75-78 rated will suffice. I have a few silvers too, mostly from the Championship. I had the Welsh ones but had to rebuy some Irish silvers because of the St Paddys.
2. MEXICO - COSTA RICA
The CONCAFAC Derby! How could this not be here.
For this one the trick should be connecting some Mexican and Costa Rican (?) players through leagues. Probaly EA will make us chase some of the best players of each country through a minimum rare cards or a squad rating, with some high chem (95 would be my guess). There are two ways to do this:
  • The obvious one, through the MLS. There is a reasonable number of players from each nation playing there. I'd pick the silvers up and a few bronzes
  • The less obvious one, but with a higher rating. In Liga NOS, for Costa Rica you can find Bryan Ruiz and Campbell from Sporting, and for Mexico there's Herrera, Corona and Layun from Porto and Gimenez from Benfica. These are mostly cheap gold rares so if there is a squad rating or number of gold rares requirement, it should cover it better than the MLS.
3. ITALY - ALBANIA
Due to the proximity of these countries and the number of Albanian immigrants in Italy, I'd say we could consider this one as a one-sided derby (Albanians would love to beat Italy, Italy would hate to lose to Albania). Player wise, it should be pretty simple: Make a Calcio A squad with a few Albanians. Surely this one will require 100 chem. Maybe get some hyperlinks of Albanians and Italians from the same club so you can easily adapt to difficult requirements. Calcio B could be a good shout too.
4. BELGIUM - GREECE
With the constant SBCs that need the high Belgiums players (POTM) and the possibility of one coming, and the fact that there was a Greek League MM recently, it would be classic EA to put this in for both a cleanse and a higher difficulty, even with basic requirements like an easy squad rating, like 70 or 75, and a 90 chem.
There are some Greek players that can connect to Belgians in the EPL, Calcio A has also a few players of each nationality. Might be a good idea to get some cheap ones from those leagues, nad o course an hyper link from the greek league or Pro League would always be welcome.
OTHER POSSIBILITIES
I wouldn't be in shock if one or a couple of the matches above gets replaced by one of these, because EA is always trying to surprise us:
TURKEY - FINLAND
CROATIA - UKRAINE
PORTUGAL - HUNGARY
SCOTLAND - SLOVENIA
Games like SPAIN - ISRAEL, ENGLAND - LITHUANIA or LUX - FRANCE are not so probable because one of tha nations really doesn't have an high enough numbers of players to make an SBC and extinct all of them in the process.
Let me know what do you think of your list, I might have missed something, and your bets! Good luck investing :)

Suspicious game in Ukraine

Hello everyone
About a year ago I made a relevant post about a suspicious match in Greece. The underdog became heavy favourite before the match start, a radio producer had talked about it a week ago and the final score verified the "information" of home win with many goals, ending 3-1. However, the community here got upset and tried to deny the fact that it was setup.
So here comes another controversy. This is a match that played a couple of hours ago, Ukraine second league, Illychivets vs Hirnyk-Sport. I will provide everything I have and I will let the community here decide whether this match was "fixed" or not.
It first seemed very suspicious to me when at 73' mins the score was 1-1 between these 2 teams and bet365 had available only the "over 3.5" market at 1.66 odds (!!!) Really suspicious to give such low odds at this time when you need 2 more goals... Home team to win was at about 1.25 odds. The odds were stable for about 5 minutes before that. I use a group page to post live tips etc. for my followers and this is the first post I made at that time about this match => http://prntscr.com/d76806
I visited betfair to check the money movement on this event. Close to 200k pounds were bet on this match, pretty unusual for an Ukrainian 2nd league match.
This is my 2nd post about this match with screenshot from betfair attached, 15 minutes before the end of the game, score still 1-1 ======> http://prntscr.com/d769xk
Please pay attention to the money being bet on home team at around 76' - 78'. At that time bet365 froze the markets until the end of the match and I was only looking the odds movement in betfair. Notice also that I make a prediction about the final score based on the "1X2" market money movement and "OveUnder" market money movement.
2-1 came at around 83'-84'. I went to check the betfair market for "Over 3.5 goals" right then and what I saw was like the "cherry on the top". 1.5k pounds bet on "Over 3.5 goals" at around 85' when the market is at 1.66 (!!!) when it should be at about 4.00 or more. Unfortunately I didn't think of screenshotting this at that time.
Final Score ===> http://prntscr.com/d76bx2
The comments are yours.
PS. it was a 2/1 half time/full time !!

Dinamo Kiev vs Everton odds, preview and predictions 19/03/2015

Thursday 19/03/2015, 19:00, Europa League, Last 32 Dinamo Kiev vs Everton Preview Dinamo Kiev is one of the few Ukrainian teams that play home games in front of their fans and they will need to make the most of this advantage. They had the chance of returning to Ukraine with three points after their visit to England but unfortunately for them they were defeated in the last minutes of the game. Dinamo Kiev vs Everton Odds At Winner Sports Dinamo Kiev 2.00, Draw 3.40, Everton 3.60 Dinamo Kiev vs Everton Tips Everton scored with four minutes left from the penalty spot and will now try to avoid a narrow margin defeat to advance to the next stage of the event. The English side is not doing too well in the domestic championship and has fallen into the second half, mostly due to its performance on the road. Against a determined Dinamo Kiev they will have a hard time keeping a clean sheet even with four defenders. Everton is one of the teams that have a great offensive lineup but a week backline and that's why they struggle so heavily in the Premiership. They were lucky to win the first leg but will have a much more difficult task on the road and Dinamo Kiev is going to keep them under pressure until they allow a goal. Dinamo Kiev vs Everton Prediction The fact that Dinamo Kiev scored once on the road can tip the scale in their favor and it is definitely worth backing them at even odds with Winner Sports. English teams don't take Europa League too seriously and Everton has bigger concerns right now and they need to be addressed quickly. Bet: Dinamo Kiev @ 2.00 with Winner Sports

Dnipro vs Brugge odds, preview and predictions 23/03/2015

Thursday 23/04/2015, 19:00, Europa League, Quarter finals Dnipro vs Brugge Preview Dnipro fought the good fight in the first leg of the Europa league quarterfinals but failed to score on the road and will now have to keep a clean sheet at home. This is not that difficult as it sounds against Brugge which is a team with new players that are not particularly experienced at this level in this competition. Dnipro vs Brugge Odds At Pinnacle Sports Dnipro 2.00, Draw 3.60, Brugge 3.50 Dnipro vs Brugge Tips Brugge will be aiming to score in the first half and then take advantage of their superior offensive, but they will have a hard time exercising pressure in Ukraine. They were not particularly successful in doing that at home, so it is only fair to assume that they will struggle if the home side comes out firing on all cylinders. That's exactly what Dnipro should do in order to take advantage of its favorite status, without taking too many chances upfront. An early goal scored by the visitors would compromise their chances to advance to the semifinals of Europa league for the first time in club history. Dnipro vs Brugge Prediction Pressure is definitely on the home side to deliver but so far the Ukrainians have had a flawless record in the competition. Even odds offered by Pinnacle Sports is not exactly superb value, but still good enough to justify a wager on the hosts. Bet: Dnipro @ 2.00 with Pinnacle Sports

Manchester City vs Dynamo Kiev odds, preview and predictions

Tuesday 15/03/2016, 20:45, Champions League, Last 16 Manchester City vs Dynamo Kiev Preview Manchester City somehow managed to stay alive in all important competitions except for the FA cup in which they were eliminated by Chelsea. The top priority is to win the Champions League and they can consider themselves lucky to be playing against Dynamo Kiev. The English side took advantage of the first leg and scored three goals on the road, so qualification shouldn't be too difficult to secure. Manchester City vs Dynamo Kiev Odds At Bet365 Manchester City 1.60, Draw 4.00, Dynamo Kiev 6.00 Manchester City vs Dynamo Kiev Tips The Champions League has long been a dream of Manchester city fans and at least for the moment they have a good chance to advance to the bar the finals. They've played offensive football in Ukraine and this strategy paid off brilliantly, because they managed to score 3 goals. It is most unlikely to fail miserably in front of their own fans, against a team that no longer believes in his chances. Dynamo Kiev is simply focusing on the domestic championship, where they have a three-point lead over Shakhtar. The runners-up have one game in hand and there are very likely to win it, so the two teams are actually tied for the lead and anything can happen in the remaining rounds. Manchester City had an easy match over the weekend on the road at Norwich and they are credited with the first chance in the upcoming Derby of Manchester. The visitors struggle with numerous injuries and their best players are not going to featuring the starting formation, which makes them a short of victory. The odds of winning the Premier League are slim, as Manchester city travels the leader by six points, but they got a gaming hand which should help. Four players are still injured but they can return at any time and none of them are of critical importance for manager Pellegrini. Key Facts The last time the two teams met in a European competition, Dynamo Kiev advanced to the next stage. Manchester city won't take any chances that hope against the team willing to settle for one point. Manchester City vs Dynamo Kiev Prediction The fact that Manchester won so easily on the road give them plenty of breathing space ahead of this fixture, since they can settle for a draw. That's why bookies are offering odds of 1.60 on the home side to prevail, significantly more than what punters would expect. The hosts are not going to play defensive football and will try to present the fans with an agreeable show, so it's worth taking Bet365's offer. Bet: Manchester City @ 1.60 with Bet365

Ajax vs Dnipro odds, preview and predictions 19/03/2015

Thursday 19/03/2015, 19:00, Europa League, Last 32 Ajax vs Dnipro Preview Ajax has won seven out of the last eight games and was in superb form before losing in Ukraine, at the end of a match that they dominated from start to finish. Despite playing on the road, they had ball possession twice as much as the home side and sent many shots wide but just as many on goal. Ajax vs Dnipro Odds At Winner Sports Ajax 2.00, Draw 3.40, Dnipro 3.60 Ajax vs Dnipro Tips Dnipro didn't look like a home side in Kiev but still managed to claim all three points and now will barricade itself in its own half trying to defend that advantage. It will be very difficult to succeed in Amsterdam, against Ajax who is flying high in the domestic championship and has won most of the games played at home. They trailed the leaders by 11 points so they have no chance to win the competition and their top priority is to make a deep run in Europa League. Ajax will make numerous changes in the starting formation and it is expected to field three strikers, with Ghazi, Schone and Sigorsson to play together right from the start. They have scored a combined 21 goals this season and will send a hail of balls at the net defended by Boyko. Ajax vs Dnipro Prediction Dnipro avoiding defeat in 10 consecutive games, but they played against inferior opponents and this is the first serious test. Ajax is expected to triumph at home and possibly overturn the result of the first leg, but punters only need to concern themselves with the home side prevailing in regulation time. Dnipro vs Napoli odds, preview and predictions 14/05/2015

Tuesday 14/05/2015, 21:00, Europa League, Semifinals Dnipro vs Napoli Preview Napoli was expected to win the first leg by a wide margin against the Ukrainian side, but they looked toothless and the visitors managed to level the score in the final minutes of the game. This time, they need to win on the road and they are desperate about scoring a goal, so the Italians will use an overly aggressive starting formation. Dnipro vs Napoli Odds At Bet365 Dnipro 3.90, Draw 3.40, Napoli 2.00 Dnipro vs Napoli Tips Napoli squandered numerous scoring opportunities and in the end this proved to be their downfall, because Dnipro found its way to the net. There was no time left to score the decisive goal and they will need to do much better on the road, if they are to play the Europa League final. So far, the Ukrainians managed to avoid defeat at home and qualified from the group stage with five consecutive draws, but this is their toughest opponent here. It is unlikely for the hosts to shift into a more aggressive gear despite having home pitch advantage and instead will use the same strategy. Dnipro vs Napoli Prediction Napoli has already won a very difficult match away from home against Wolfsburg and definitely has what it takes to claim victory in Ukraine. Even value odds are good enough to justify the risks of backing them at full stakes. Bet: Napoli @ 2.00 with Bet365

***New customers: Place your first bet with us and we’ll give you two free bets of the same value (up to 3 mBTC). Find out more here: https://everybet.io/en/promotions ***

The last few matches of this round of the UEFA Nations League football are due to be played today. The two fixtures we have an eye on are France v Germany and Ukraine v Czech Republic (both 14:45 EST). The current World Champions, France, will be looking to heap further misery on the Germans, who were well beaten by the Netherlands last time out. The Ukraine and Czech Republic are fairly evenly matched, and the Czechs will be looking to exact revenge after losing the last time the two countries played.

Away from the Nations League, Belgium take on the Netherlands (19:45 EST). The Belgians have been in excellent form and the Netherlands’ confidence is sky high after putting three goals past Germany last time. The Belgians will be keen to assert themselves as one of Europe’s premier international teams by beating the Dutch at home.

The baseball post season is back tonight with the Houston Astros at the Boston Red Sox (17:09 EST). The series is tied 1-1 and the Boston Red Sox will be looking to push their home advantage. The Milwaukee Brewers are on the road at the LA Dodgers (21:09 EST), with the score in their series also currently 1-1. Tonight’s two encounters will push us one step closer to determining who will be on their way to the World Series.

The main event of the night is the return of the NBA. We start with the Philadelphia 76ers at the Boston Celtics. The Celtics are tipped to have a strong season and will be keen to get off to a quick start. In the later game (22:30 EST), the Oklahoma City Thunder travel to face the NBA Championship holders Golden State Warriors. The Warriors were sensational last season and many expect them to hit similar heights this year. Can the Thunder create a huge upset at the start of the season?

How to find hidden information about obscure leagues ?

I like to look around various tipster sites on the web, mostly, where there are tipsters from/(or with great knowledge) the countries of the obscure leagues. What I mean here is Serbians, Macedonians, Romanians, Hungarians, and the list goes on...
What happened today is a tipster from Ukraine on blogabet published a public bet:
KK Nazarje vs Rogaska
Tip: Nazarje +46 1.83 Analysis: Roganska is playing with reserves. The line is too high, it should be around 30.
(Yeah, I am posting basketball bet, but the concept is true for football as well)
The handicap dropped to 40.5 right now, I was lucky to bet on it with +46, 2 hours ago, when he just posted it.
After I made my bet, I spent 1.5 hours searching for possible information around the league, the team (with Google) but I couldn't find a single thing mentioning that they will be playing with reserves.
As you can see, I don't know if the bet will win or not, but the fact I took an odd better than the closing odd, means that this pick has VALUE over the bookmaker.
So, my question is, HOW COULD I FIND THESE KINDS OF INFORMATION AROUND THE WEB? (AND GOOGLE MAY NOT SEE IT)
I checked websites that Google showed up, with keywords for the teams, and the official websites, social sites of the two teams, but no luck finding anything that would state the team will be playing with reserves.
Do you know any tricks, or places to look for information? Maybe directly contacting the teams through E-Mail, Facebook?
Much appreciated!
Edit: The fact I am not posting this in the sportsbook subreddit is there are too many dumb people with too much money to gamble away, in other words, I wouldn't get an intelligent, useful reply.
Edit: Why I believe that this tipster is saying the truth, is that he has positive ROI for the past 500 bets.
Edit: Yeah, the bet is WON $$...

Euro 2016 Betting Tips: Top Goalscorer

Euro 2016 Betting Tips: Top Goalscorer

A betting market that attracts plenty of interest when major tournaments come around is the Top Goalscorer bracket, and many punters have opinions on who will shine here.
The likes of Fernando Torres, David Villa and Patrick Kluivert have won the European Championship Golden Boot down the years, so the profile of our chosen candidates is clear: a striker playing for a country we expect to go very far in the competition.
With that in mind, who are the smart betting tips to back in the Top Goalscorer market at Euro 2016?

Thomas Muller (9.00)

Most of us are aware of Muller’s goalscoring exploits already, and he has shown in the big tournaments that he has played that he has the pedigree to net when the pressure is really on.
He begged nine goals in as many games in Euro 2016 qualifying, 32 in all competitions for Bayern this term and at the 2014 World Cup he became only the third player in history to score five or more goals in their first two attempts at the tournament.
The only off-putting thing about Muller is that his Germany side could face France in the semi-finals, which would potentially give him one less match to score in. But with his country’s group containing Northern Ireland and Ukraine, he should have plenty of chances to net. At 9.00 he is the pick of today’s football betting tips from Bet Advisor.

Antoine Griezmann (11.00)

The Frenchman is currently doing the business for Atletico Madrid in the Champions League, having netted in both legs of their semi-final clash with Bayern Munich. He has notched 32 times in all competitions for his club side this season, including seven in twelve in the Champions League; what a prospect he is.
Playing in a France side expected to go far in the competition will help, although we wonder if he will be played on the flank to accommodate Anthony Martial or Olivier Giroud in a central role?
A return of seven goals in 26 games for his country is less than mind-blowing, so we’re happy to swerve Griezmann here.

Aritz Aduriz (41.00)

What a season it has been for the 35-year-old: he’s bagged 36 goals in 55 appearances for Athletic Bilbao this season. So you can teach an old dog new tricks!
In truth Aduriz has always been prolific with 232 career goals to his name in 644 games, and after making his Spain debut in 2010 he had to wait six years to receive his next call-up. But he has taken his latest chance with aplomb, scoring in the 1-1 friendly draw with Italy, so there is a strong chance he will start up front at Euro 2016.
And given that Spain occupy the easier side of the draw, he should have plenty of chances to find the net. Aduriz is a great each way investment.
Long Shot Contenders

Robert Lewandowski (17.00)

It’s strange to call Lewandowski a long shot given his brilliant goalscoring form – he was the top scorer in Euro 2016 qualifying with 13 and bagged an incredible 44 in 49 for Bayern this term, but the real question is how far can Poland go in the competition?
They should qualify from a group containing Germany, Northern Ireland and Ukraine, and a potential last 16 fixture with Switzerland is clearly winnable. Then a probable quarter-final with Spain is likely to see them leave the competition.
So Lewandowski will have five games to score the requisite goal tally required to lift the Golden Boot trophy.

Marc Janko (67.00)

You may not know too much about the Austrian, but here’s a guy that has scored goals all of his career.
Having netted seven times in Euro 2016 qualifying (the same as Gareth Bale and two more than Cristiano Ronaldo, by the way), Janko’s career goal tally reads 162 in 297 games for sides including Basel, Porto and Red Bull Salzburg.
A goal ratio of one every two games for his country is outstanding, and with Austria boasting the potential to qualify from a group including Portugal, Iceland and Hungary, and then a potential last 16 clash with Russia, Janko has every right to feel optimistic about his chances; and so do punters.

Euro ’16 Betting Tips: A Guide to Groups A to C

Euro ’16 Betting Tips: A Guide to Groups A to C

The fat lady has cleared her throat and the domestic football season is all but over. We know the identities of the league champions across Europe’s biggest leagues – well done to Bayern Munich, Juventus and of course Leicester City, and while the La Liga title race goes to the wire, we also know who will be plying their trade in the Champions League next season too.
Normally, football fans and punters would be feeling a bit melancholic at this time of year, but 2016 is different: we have the European Championships to enjoy!
So here’s a quick overview of Groups A-C, and any betting tips that arise from them. We’ll tackle Groups D-F next week, but in the meantime the good news is that there is plenty for punters to work with...

Group A

France Albania Romania Switzerland
France qualified automatically as tournament hosts, and you only need to look at the quality in their squad to realise how far they could go in this competition. Having won Euro 2000 and World Cup ’84 on home soil, the scene is set for them to go the distance here. They should win Group A at a canter.
Albania shocked the football world when they qualified outright for Euro ’16, and while the three points they gained from that forfeited match with Serbia helped, mathematically they would have qualified in their own right anyway. Write them off at your peril.
Romania didn’t lose a match in qualifying and conceded just two goals, but their group was easy compared to Switzerland’s, who have the likes of Granit Xhaka, Gokhan Inler and Breel Embolo to call upon. They should have the class to finish second in the group; which is available at 2.50. We’ll add that to today’s betting tips.

Group B

England Russia Wales Slovakia
There was a perfect ten for England in qualifying; they won all of their matches to waltz through to the tournament proper with ease. This is the most exciting time to be an English football supporter in decades, with pace and guile meeting good form and sensible management from Roy Hodgson. This could be the Three Lions’ best chance in years to win a major tournament.
You would expect Wales and Russia to battle it out for second place in the group, and while the Russians perhaps boast the better, or shall we say better known, squad of players, Wales were hugely impressive in qualifying. They saw off the threat of Bosnia-Herzegovina and finished just two points behind a Belgium side that many have tipped to be dark horses in the summer.
The Welsh can be backed at 1.67 to qualify, and remember that some of the best third-placed teams will make the grade too.

Group C

Germany Northern Ireland Poland Ukraine
The world champions will make their bow in Group C, and they might be rather perturbed to have been drawn alongside Poland again; after all, the Poles beat them during the qualifying campaign and finished a solitary point behind the Germans to book their place in France. That match could well turn into a battle of the Bayern frontmen: Thomas Muller and Robert Lewandowski.
Northern Ireland’s topping of Group F was a huge surprise, and they deserve huge praise for that. But when you dig a bit deeper you will note that Greece, the pre-qualifying favourites for that group, were, frankly awful. The fact that the three teams to progress were Ireland, Romania and Hungary let you know of the standard on offer.
Ukraine are capable, but finishing behind Slovakia in qualifying is indicative of their chances here.
And so we will assume that Germany and Poland will win both of their matches, and that their head-to-head clash will determine who will finish top and who will finish second. It would be tough to back against the world champions of course, so we will take them to win the all-important encounter and thus Poland to finish second in Group C. That is available from 2.75, and is clearly the pick of today’s football [betting tips from Bet Advisor](https://www.betadvisor.com/en.

Europa league!!!! - 28/8

The second leg of the Europa league is here.
It's not a good option to bet on the teams that have comfortable margins from the first leg and don't even have to win the game, they will just grind the match and get a draw or a marginal win.
Also europa league is highly volatile, not being sure the lineup a team is gonna put, so be very safe here and put bets in small amounts.
Spurs vs AEL Limassol - Even after being outplayed by ael for most of the game, the spurs turned 1 goal deficit to 2-1 win thanks to the substitution of Erik Lamela. Expect them to control the game at white hart lane and they won't let the visitors get too cozy as even 1 goal from them will put them into action as they won't like to try their luck, in case they concede another away goal.
Spurs -1
Metalist Kharkiv vs Ruch Chorzow. - Ukranian heavyweights Metalist play polish team Ruch which have not being playing good at all in their eague. Ruch sit with 5 points from 6 games with a gd of -5. They pretty much grinded out the first fixture which ended with 0-0 and they will most probably try to do the same here.
Only problem being that metalist won't be able to play the game at their home due to the russian-ukranian tensions. :/
The 2 losses they have suffered in their league are from shaktar and dynamo kiev, both of those teams are heavyweights in the ukranian league and have the caliber to beat good teams.
Still i would pretty much believe in them because of the quality they have and the money they have earned me in the past year.
Metalist to win
Feyenoord vs Zorya - Dutch team feyenoord which are easily one of the top 6 teams in eredivise are hosting ukranians after a 1-1 draw in ukraine. Feyenoord hasn't been promising lately in their league and the performance of both the teams in their leagues are pretty much similar. Though they have quite a decent team with jordi clasie and should have enough to progress to the next stages.
DNB Feyenoord
Twente vs Qarabag - Another dutch heavyweights who host azerbaijan club qarabag which are also playing sub par in their league with 1 point from 2 games and a gd of -3.
Twente haven't been playing good themselves, managing only 3 draws from 3 games against sides which are at lower level from their quality. But this the last chance for them to turn the things around and stay in european competition.
DNB Twente
Hull City vs Lokeren - despite dominating the possession and having more shots on target, hull city had to face a 1-0 defeat in belgium. Expect them to bounce back and make it to the next round. They have a pretty decent squad and also have a good game.
They should take care of lokeren at their home.
Hull city to win
What i would go for?
I would like to play it very safe here and take a small profit home.
Under 5.5 goals (spurs vs ael)
DNB Metalist
DNB Feyenoord @ 1.5
Feel free to ask any questions and put your tips too.
Good Luck with the bets!!!!
