So for a long time Lounge has held a monopoly over skin-betting. Just recently discovered Fanobet, just wondering if any of you guys have any experience using it?

Final edit: There was clearly a misunderstanding between both me and Fanobet,first of all they should have had never that 2:0 options available and when they asked me about cancelling my bet I got mad because I thought they would also cancel the other matches that I had bet'd on,since Charles talked about cancelling my bet and not that Enso vs Esuba match.I already contacted fanobet and they are going to cancel that bet.Also guys please don't hate on fanobet,they are actually a pretty good website,and you can do a lot of profit in there,even if you are poor,as long as you know how to bet,I never had any kind of misunderstanding with fanobet until now,but they were mature enough to contact me back and clear this issue.I will still use fanobet.
First of all I'm sorry this is the wrong place where I can place this but this is the best place that I found that I could think about to get the best assistance and possibly get the attention of fanobet staff over here,but I'm sure many of you bet on fanobet like me and I could always bring some feedback about my experience.
I'm a recent user in that betting website (Probably for around a month) and I have been actively on it. Today I felt completely scammed,I won my bet even thought it says I lost my bet.

Now remember something,Enso had a map advantage in that BO3,which means they would only need 1 map to win the match.But I bet'd on Esuba to win 2:0 since I previously also lost a bet where Aligon had a map advantage against Arcade in a BO3 which means they would only need 1 map to win the entire match,guess what? Remember here that Aligon only played 1 map and which they won: http://www.hltv.org/match/2299009-aligon-arcade-dngit-2000-weekly-cup-24 So based on that kind of not taking map advantages,I would have won my bet on Esuba right? Since in that Aligon match which was a BO3 too and Aligon had a map advantage and I selected them to win 1 map which they did,but since they had that advantage it didn't really count,so it WOULDN'T be counting towards my bet too
But in their rules it says:

"Maps Total - We sum up all the maps played by both teams. "Final Score In Final Score bet, you need to predict exact score of the event. When will you win?
For example Skyred vs Vexed final score was 0-2

Since that default advantage didn't count towards as a map I would have won my bet since "We sum up all the maps played by both teams" - The default advantage didn't got played out,so why would they count it as a map if they never did that?
So on the Aligon match they didn't count the map advantage and I lost,but now that I didn't count towards the advantage that Aligon had,I bet'd on Esuba to win 2:0 I lost. (They won the 2 maps that they played) That Charles guy is kinda pissed off at me after looking at my bet when I was about to win +4500$. Also on that Aligon bet I asked them why I lost and he said map advantages didn't count but now that I was about to win a really big bet he put'd my bet as a lose and he even asks me if I want him to delete my bet...Of course i said no because i clearly won.

As you can see it would be so stupid to put Enso to win atleast 1 map,since they already did so,so that was stupid to be there,which means that they didn't count the map advantage,and I bet'd based on that options,where I fucking clearly won. I'm also really sorry for the bad structure on this post,but I'm so pissed right now.
I also sent a mail to their email in order to see if I can get in touch with the official admin to get this sorted out,if mods don't delete this post I will keep you guys updated,also if you guys can help me somehow I would really appreciate it

Also for those wondering about what I think/thought about the website so far: I really think it's a good website,it's quite different and if you are quite experienced with the scene you can do a lot of money on it,and you always have the combination bets.
TL:DR: Did a double bet on fanobet,was about to win 4500$,turns out I lost because their support guy decided to take in count the map advantage after seeing my bet, when they never did that before and ALSO told me when that aligon match happened,that they never counted it when I lost in Aligon vs Arcade where it was the same format and had the same map advantage.
I kinda want to understand this as a mistake which I won't and neither of you should judge based on what happened some hours ago,but I will provide future information about this matter.

Today a very strange situation happened as a lot of bets has been placed on UX. UX had around 20% chances to win that game at the time when we put it on site. We were adjusting the odds and final chances were 45% - it is 25% change which is huge. Once the game has started we decided to take a look into it. After the internal investigation we found out that there was 1 user which made bets worth of $10,000 on UX. This does not look natural and we feel that the community should know about that. Our decision is to cancel this game and we will return skins to users who decided to make a bet.

I'd like to preface by saying that if this is against the rules, please delete it and spank me. I only saw a rule against csgo casino games, but If i misinterpreted it, sorry.

Anyways, I recently learned of Fanobet as an alternate or compliment to csgolounge. I like the idea that your skins are converted rather than just betting those skins and risking getting no skins on CSGL.
If you live in the US, you probably know that Fanobet doesn't allow people from the United States or other jurisdictions that they've gotten yelled at for.
I've seen in some threads people mentioning to just use a VPN, but has anybody here been able to withdraw if you're using a VPN? I'm a bit worried that if i deposit my skins and later try to withdraw it'll be like "lol nope nice vpn noob"
Once again I can understand how this could be against the rules, but i've seen other people discuss using a VPN on fanobet.

Anyways, I attempted to speak with Live Support about this issue. I waited ~40 minutes and got matched with a support rep named "Pavel". He quoted the rule, and when I explained how my situation didn't get affected by the rule, he said something about penalties and left? Here is that conversation.

This post isnt about my bet losing, it's about how shady and scummy Fanobet are. If they are going to treat me like this over $16, who knows what they'd do to people with over $1000.

So in past when i put bet on match which is allready started all my bets are voided, always always, everything refunded. They dont care about wins and anything. If the match is 1 second live they refund and void match. But now i bet on Liquid vs Immortals NA LCS at 00:05 and bets were going to close at 00:20. So i put my bet and opened stream to be ready to watch it. But when i checked it it was live and allready 0:1 on maps. So i wrote to support that match is live and I am asking for refund as its always this way. But they took this bet as lost and wrote me this.

In short, /TheDson betted $300 that there is going to be an overtime in a game between Nexus vs Complexity with the odds 14.29. The game ended up as 15-15. Our scripts drafted the game as a lose as OT did not took place and TheDson contacted us via chat. It was an impossible bet so we have returned his money as we thought that it was the best decision as we have not predicted that there is not going to be an overtime.

After an hour TheDson has came back and wanted to cancel all previous games in that tournament as he stated that those bets were not possible. It was a difficult question to our online support as TheDson was actually right. Cancelling previous bets would be super difficult as we already drafted winnings. So we needed time to think about that. TheDson was pushing on our chat representative as we were still thinking how to solve the issue and Tom gave a bad reply as we still did not made a final decision as admins.

Sup' reddit! :D I had a pretty good streak for being me at copenhagen games and i won some skins, nothing much. But still some skins. I started withdrawing my items and took my balance down to 0. When i logged in the following day and deposited a Hyperbeast (m4 FT) i only got a few cents for it, i contacted support about this and said that there had to be a mistake and they said that they'll check it and left the convo. After 2 days i still hadn't got any money so i contacted them again and then they said "your ticket is closed, there was a bug in the system validating your withdrawal, even though it made your balance negative". I checked my transactions and there was a withdrawal made at 7am. This was really weird since i got to bed at about 3am and woke up after 10.30am since i missed the beginning of some games at CPH games. I checked my history and i can't find any transactions at said time so i contacted support again. They said that "everything is ok, you got skins". I once again told the same guy about what happened and he gave me a ticket number and told me to contact [email protected]. I did this and attatched SS of my inventory history with timestamps, didn't get an answer. I waited 24h again and did the same procedure and got refered to send a mail that i guess that noone read. And today i wrote the final time to fanobet and the support wrote to me in polish. Then i said i don't speak polish and he said "all is ok, before this we send u items on 9.57$". I said they didn't and once again linked to my inventory screenshot. Then he said i got answer from technicians "they cant fix it" and then left the conversation.

Since I've seen it mentioned a lot of times, I really though I should point out that you're not gaining anything by placing a combination bet on Fanobet. If you think you are, you're forgetting that multiplication is a commutative property.

The math is correct: 1.2 x 1.2 x 1.2 = 1.728
If I place a $100 bet at those odds and win, I'll get $173. However, there's no difference between doing this, and placing my bet+winnings on each consecutive game.
There's no mathematical difference between $100 x 1.728 and $100 x 1.2 x 1.2 x 1.2

$100 on game #1 at 1.2 = $122
$122 on game #2 at 1.2 = $144
$146.4 on game #3 at 1.2 = $172.80

So in this instance, you've made a 20c profit purely because of rounding - not because the odds are actually better by doing a combination bet.
Another example, the next three CSGO games on Fanobet are:

Immunity vs Trident, 1.16:4.20
CSGL vs gamENERGY, 1.15:4.79
dignitas vs G2, 3.92:1.23

If I chain-bet the three favourites (Immunity, CSGL, G2) Fanobet says my odds are 1.64.
1.16 x 1.15 x 1.23 = 1.64082.
In this case, rounding actually loses me 8.2c comparing the combination bet to the actual odds.
The only real "benefit" is that you don't have to worry about waiting for a draft - it will automatically bet on the next game for you. You lose the ability to choose not to bet on it if a stand-in is announced or a team is performing like crap, and risk losing two wins because of one loss.

I have been an user of fanobet for quite a while. Today I logged in my account after doing some bets,mainly on G2 vs Gambit.
As you know,fanobet has a feature to bet on live bets,and you could in the middle of the match select 3:0 on maps in favor of G2, and that bet had like 11 odds which means you would win 10x the value of your bet.
After winning a bet on that one,I tried to withdraw but it says my account is under investigation and to contact fanobet support.
I have already done so,but what I am asking is if any of you that did bet on G2 vs Gambit @ 11 odds got their account blocked too,since it's my only clue for them to do such a thing,since I don't know what I possibly did wrong (even betting on that match had nothing wrong tho)
Also the match was up for live betting,it's not like the match started and then we bet in the middle of it while the match didn't start on time,it wasn't the case since the match as I said,was up for live betting. Fanobet is probably the one that screwed up,not the users itself.
Anyone with the same problem?

(they didnt even want to update their list until we found this issue) they dont give you any update/notice or anything. they yet still allow you to deposit and lose your money and you only notice this when you try to withdraw your money weather is your own deposit or winnings so be aware of this scams they doing as well and share with us if you are also a victim our legal team is compiling all this information and are already tracking down everyone behind fanobet.
